Lady Colonels Results

The Lady Colonels played in the Crosstown Winter Classic on Saturday in Pulaski County. They got off to a slow start against Wayne County, losing 47-32. They bounced back later in the day and earned a 53-34 victory against Pulaski County. The Lady Colonels face a strong Meade County team today. Go OC!

Swimming – Girls Night Out at UL

The OCHS girls swim team, while missing some of their teammates, gave a solid effort at the a Girls a Night Out Meet at UL Friday evening. The team finished 7th out of 22 teams! Congratulations!

Girls Lacrosse Program to Begin Spring 2015

OCHS is excited to begin it’s first Girls Lacrosse season this upcoming spring! The program was approved by the school SBDM committee and the BOE this past fall. The initial informational meeting had a strong turnout of girls interested in playing on the team. Those girls interested in participating in pre-season conditioning followed by tryouts

Colonels Defeat Grant County and Louisville Central

The OCHS Colonels notched a regional win on Tuesday against Grant County at home, 73-53. The Colonels jumped out to an early lead and maintained it throughout the game. Wrestling Team Back in Action in the Jeff Classic

The wrestling team is traveling to the Hoosier state again this weekend to compete in the Jeff Classic at Jeffersonville High School. The Colonels will face another strong line-up of teams as they continue to prepare for their post season run. Good luck OC!

Swimming at Girls Night Out Meet Tonight

The OCHS Girls Swim Team is participating in the Girls Night Out Meet at the University of Louisville Natatorium tonight. This event always has a great turnout and is an exciting night of competition for all teams. Good luck OC swimmers!

Colonels Host Best In Hoops Tourney Dec. 18 – 21

The Boys’ Basketball program will host a strong line-up of teams for the upcoming Best In Hoops Tourney. Teams from the Louisville area include Central, Eastern, Male and St. X. Ashland Blazer, Paul L. Dunbar and Simon Kenton will also participate. Game times are 6pm and 8pm on Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday times
